Upon payment of the membership fee and the cost of making the library card, the online registration allows a Library user to order library materials for borrowing and in-house use, to order copy of an article or a newspaper at the membership price, and to use electronic resources. Users cannot register online for single day membership. To use other services, a user must first visit the National and University Library, where he/she presents an identity document in the Registration Room (ground floor, room 4) to receive a membership card
