The National and University Library of Slovenia welcomes professional staff from libraries and related institutions who wish to visit NUK as part of an Erasmus+ exchange or another professional mobility programme.
Once you have identified NUK as a possible host institution, please complete the visit application form and describe the purpose of your visit, the topics you would like to explore, and the expected benefits for both institutions. The completed form, together with your CV and short motivation letter, should be sent to glavna.pisarna@nuk.uni-lj.si.
Applications are first reviewed by the NUK contact person for Erasmus+ and professional exchange visits in order to coordinate the proposed programme and identify relevant departments. They are then submitted for formal approval in accordance with NUK procedures.
Visits should be arranged at least three months in advance for short visits and six months in advance for longer visits.
