Activity:

Planning, implementation, and supervision of technical, maintenance, and investment activities with the aim of ensuring a safe and functional working environment:

• planning and supervision of investment and maintenance works;
• procurement and management of records of fixed assets, equipment, and materials;
• management of buildings, premises, and facilities, including leasing of spaces;
• ensuring the safety of buildings and equipment, and organising cleaning, security, and technical supervision services;
• transportation of library materials and persons, as well as courier and handling services;
• management of the reception area, shop, and cloakroom;
• technical support for the preparation of exhibitions and events;
• carrying out research, development, educational, exhibition, and promotional activities within the scope of its work.
