Activity

Ensuring access to library materials and information resources and providing user support in the use of library services:

• lending materials for home use and on-site use;
• managing lending procedures;
• providing library materials and documents through interlibrary loan;
• assisting and advising users in information and material searches;
• user education and training;
• developing and maintaining the reference collection;
• preparing and delivering information services for users;
• contributing to the acquisition of materials and the consortial acquisition of electronic resources;
• preparing professional background materials (analyses, recommendations, guidelines, instructions);
• contributing to the development of the COBISS.SI system;
• managing the study space reservation system in the reading room;
• carrying out research, development, educational, exhibition, and promotional activities within the scope of its work.
