Copying of library material (photocopying, digitization, microfilming, etc.) and printouts or transfers of data from electronic information resources are available to library users against payment in accordance with the Copyright Law and the provisions of license agreements concluded by the library at the time of acquisition of material. Prices are determined in the price list of the library services.
Depending on the type and condition of the material, the information officer assesses whether you can use your own technical equipment, or if copying is possible only with the library’s technical equipment; in the latter case, you will fill in the Copy Order and receive copies within 5 working days at the latest.
As a rule, it is not allowed to take material from reading rooms. Exceptions must be allowed by the information officer who handed you the material.
To avoid violating the Copyright and Related Rights Act, please read guidelines before copying the library material.
Visiting the library is not obligatory to order a copy of an article; you can place an order for via the online form.

A self-service printer (Printbox) is available in the Information Center to print your own documents.
Copying of copyrighted works from physical material
When copying, both the library and its users must comply with the provisions of the Copyright and Related Rights Act (ZASP). Conditions for free reproduction of copyrighted works (i.e. without consent of the author or other copyright holder) are determined by the Article 50 of the ZASP.
Reproduction of electronic resources
Reproduction of material in electronic form, i.e. printouts or transfers of data from licensed electronic resources is available to library users against payment. It is necessary to comply with copyright law and the provisions of license agreements concluded by the library at the time of the purchase of the electronic resources. Prices of services are specified in the valid library price list.
Reproduction of sheet music
It should be noted that in accordance with the Copyright and Related Rights Act, the reproduction of sheet music is allowed only by manual transcription. Therefore, anyone wishing to reproduce material in the Library by technical means, must obtain permission of its author or a copyright holder.
