Areas of Responsibility
- To provide leadership in the creation and development of the Digital Library of Slovenia.
- To co-ordinate digitisation of the traditional format library material.
- To co-ordinate the creation of Library‛s own databases.
- To manage and co-ordinate the acquisition of licensed resources on behalf of NUK and COSEC Consortium.
- To follow and promote recommendations and guidelines for the acquisition, creation and supply of e-resources.
- To carry out the day-to-day activities according to the needs of The European Library.
- To develop, manage and promote e-services for supporting library activities.
- To provide metadata for digital collections.
- To keep the National Register of digitised library material.
- To prepare the proposals and implement the projects in the framework of the e-content programme.
