• Central Technological Library

• Jozef Stefan Institute

• National and University Library

• University of Ljubljana

• University of Maribor and its University Library

• University of Primorska

• Association of Public Libraries

• Library Association of Slovenia.

The Governing Board consists of 10 members appointed by founders.
