As an EIFL member, COSEC participates in the international network of experts for library consortia, and it is a member of the EIFL data bank of e-resources called CompareEvendors. The services offered by COSEC include:

• Inquiries on e-resource providers and vendors, and their subscription models

Counselling on the following issues:

• statistical measures of usage of e-resources,

• effective licensing,

• negotiations with publishers.
